The APME Virtual Webinar Series aimed to build new cross-cultural connections, engage in dynamic discussions, and strengthen community networks through a series of nine online workshops. Each session introduced and addressed different facets of museum work, such as collections management, exhibition development, conservation, preservation, and disaster response.

From July 15 to 30, 2025, the UH Center for Southeast Asian Studies (CSEAS) hosted museum and heritage professionals in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi to share knowledge, develop skills, and reflect on shared challenges. The workshop included site visits to various museums, archives, and historic sites around Oʻahu, where participants exchanged best practices with Honolulu-based professionals and collaborated on developing improved policies and practices for museum work and collections care.
